Iktaro Solutions is an ICT and business consultancy based in Trinidad & Tobago, serving clients across the Caribbean and remotely worldwide. For the purposes of this policy, Iktaro Solutions is the controller responsible for deciding how and why your personal information is processed.

Information you give us directly

When you submit our contact form, we collect what you choose to provide, which may include:

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our server automatically logs standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring page — for security, troubleshooting, and basic traffic monitoring.

Information from third-party services

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on potential business opportunities — typically no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, unless a client relationship develops. Information tied to an active client engagement is kept for the duration of that relationship and afterward as required for accounting, legal, or contractual reasons. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Some of the service providers we use to run this website and communicate with you — such as cloud hosting and email delivery providers — may store or process data outside Trinidad & Tobago, including in the United States.
