Who is Micro E-Commerce for?

This service is designed for micro and small enterprises selling a small number of products who want to move online without the cost of a full commerce build. If you already process steady volume or need advanced catalogue and margin tooling, Digital Commerce Infrastructure is a better fit.

How many products can I list?

Whilst there is no hard limit for products, we recomend choosing our full e-commerce platforms for larger catalogues.

What payment methods are supported?

Bank transfer and cash-on-delivery are included on Micro Starter. Card payment gateway setup is added on Micro Growth so customers can pay online directly.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. When your product catalogue or order volume outgrows a micro store, you upgrade into Commerce Foundation — a full WooCommerce store with a larger catalogue, hosted on the same infrastructure. Because both run on Iktaro-managed hosting, your domain, email, and customer-facing details carry over — no starting over, no downtime.

Is ongoing support included?

Micro E-Commerce covers the initial build and launch training. Ongoing technical support, product uploads, and troubleshooting are available separately through Commerce Support & Platform Oversight.

What happens after the first year?

Year 1 hosting, domain, SSL, and email are included in your project fee. From Year 2, the Micro Care plan ($900/yr, billed annually) covers all of it — hosting, renewals, backups, security monitoring, and a quarterly health check. We'll reach out well before your renewal date so nothing lapses.
